The figure above shows the representation of the Ysla de Panciteria Documentation Project in the National Capital Region (NCR). NCR is considered as having the highest number of pancit dishes with 45. Among all the cities and municipality in the NCR, City of Manila got the highest number with 31. This is evident because of the presence of the oldest Chinatown in the World. All figures were based from the conducted research fieldwork. (photo from the authors)
