Soto padang; it has a clear broth with slight browning and has a soft cinnamon flavor. After adding the sambal merah, the dish becomes even more delicious. Soto padang can be served with ketupat, vermicelli, perkedel kentang, kerupuk merah, celery, and chopped onion [28].
