Location of Penang and Malacca. Penang and Malacca are located in the West Malaysia. Both states are located along the north-west coast of the Malacca Strait. Penang and Malacca are called ‘melting pot’ of culture and tradition because of the influx of immigrants particularly Chinese, Malay, Indian and other remnants of English colonialism.
