Manjalang mintuo tradition in Minangkabau. A tradition which a daughter-in-law brings food to visit her in-laws. This event is held not long after the wedding ceremony and every Islamic holiday, such as Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. Such tradition is held to strengthen the relationship between in-laws and daughter-in-law. Lamang tapai becomes a food menu that must be carried on this tradition as a gift for in-laws.
